What Did She Eat?

“What was her meal plan?” and “How much did she exercise?” are 2 of the most common questions I get after sharing Fat Loss Mastery member stories…

It’s happened the last 4 times now when sharing Julie’s, Cassie’s, Mijan’s and Billy’s stories.

And I’m sorry to disappoint you but what I say isn’t magic or groundbreaking…

Because the ‘secret’ is CONSISTENCY and being able to stay CALM when you would usually lose your $#*!, comfort eat and go off the rails for weeks and weeks.

Now, don’t think anyone is immune from this. It still happens to me (when I’m stressed, tired, haven’t looked after me, my dogs pinched my steak from the side, and baby hasn’t been getting down to sleep early).

And the ‘trigger’ can be different for you (stress at work, stress at home, low self esteem, not seeing friends and family, strained relationships, boredom…I could go on. You eat for more reasons than ‘hunger’.

BUT, the good news?

It’s how you RESPOND that counts. And just being aware of THIS can be a HUGE game changer for you so you can take responsibility, make yourself accountable and come up with strategies that will empower you to break these bad ‘habits’ and beliefs.

Because that’s all they are…BELIEFS. You see, if you CHOOSE to believe that a bacon sandwich and a slice of cheesecake will make you fat…then it will…

Not because these foods are ‘fattening’ but because you fall back into that vicious cycle where you ‘believe’ you failed and have ‘no willpower’ or control…

so ‘start again on Monday <<< sound familiar?

And – in my opinion – having the support from like-minded ladies and a Registered Nutritionist (me) who can be pretty damn annoying sometimes to make sure you CHECK IN with me every single week to keep on track…

Is pretty powerful in helping you to build your confidence back up, learn how to build a nutritional strategy that fits YOUR lifestyle (so you can stick to it) and keep the weight off once and for all.

Because all you need to do is close the gap between where you are NOW and where you want to be (no matter how small) every day.

And I get that you want to be back in your old dresses 2 weeks ago and losing 1-2lbs a week is ‘rubbish’

But imagine if you could do this for 3 months, 6 months, a year? Imagine how you’d look?

Seeing your body change shape, get stronger, and being able to fit back into your favourite clothes?

Just like I show you in my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme
