Pancake day is here already
^^^ Which means it's been 2 months since you set your New Years Resolution....
Now, I love pancakes. And I'm pretty sure you do, too.
Which means you also know how to make a pancake.
Although this does remind me of this eating 'healthy', weight loss and toning up.
Because most of the ladies will come to me and say "I know what to do". And I get it. It's one thing knowing and another thing doing it.
How does the saying go?
'knowing and not doing is as good as not knowing'
