Why this should scare your more than failure

You might think that the scariest thing about this fitness and weight loss stuff is failure, not being able to stick to it, looking silly, being the unfit one and getting the ‘you’re not trying another diet’ from the other half…

But it is actually something much closer to home..

This might sound harsh but I’m only sharing this with you today as many of the ladies I’ve worked with have told me how going through this made something tick, flicked a switch, and allowed them to become focussed and motivated to be the best versions of themselves, treat themselves better and make their future bigger than your past….

What I’m talking about is this:

Unless you can link enough pain to staying the same, it will be hard to change and get the results you want…

Some of the things I get from the ladies I work with are:​​

Having to shop in certain shops and worrying what stuff will fit you

Getting type 2 diabetes and having to take medication (not to mention increasing the risk of heart disease and other horrid stuff you probably know about)

Being out of breath walking up stairs

Worrying about social events and what others might think about you

Feeling down and turning to food to make you happy

Not having the energy play with your kids

Not liking what you see in the mirror

I could go on…​​​

And I have no idea about your personal circumstances.

But whatever your current situation is​​, if you choose NOT to do the things you know you need to do to get the results you really want…

You are essentially saying that staying the same is more important…

And reminding yourself of this…DAILY…

Can help you get over your fear of failure…and BOOST your motivation so that you can do the things that actually make you happier?

After all, if you don’t do anything…

you’ve probably already failed….

And even if you don’t get the results you want, I can guarantee you’ll be a lot closer by DOING…​​​​​​​​​​​​

You’ll learn what works. What doesn’t. So you can do more of the things that work…

And you don’t have to do it all today.

It doesn’t have to be this all or nothing thing.

It’s you vs you and ​​​​all you need to do is get from A to B…​​​​​​​
