Yep, Mrs Fruci had to put up with me last week
as I battled against the well-known condition of…
MAN FLU 😂 😂
I practiced what I preached and asked myself what it was actually tell me:
✅ Get to bed before 10pm
✅ Have some me time
✅ Do the bare minimum to keep things ticking over aka take care of the ESSENTIALS and don’t get distracted from these
Have I found it difficult to get back started again.
So I just want to share with you something I practice myself and share with the ladies on our coaching programme.
Tell yourself this:
“Think something NOT all or nothing”
And remind yourself of this every day…
Yes, it is.
Because when you start DOING again – even if it is a short 5 minute workout like the ones in our home workouts system (all adapted for you even if you have knee, join or hip issue or can’t get on the floor)
You change the barrier to entry …
Instead of it being this dreaded thing that you just want to forget (but stresses you out even more thinking about how the hell you can fit this in)
an hours exercise session 😱
It becomes something you can do anytime, anywhere..
And once DONE ✅
That’s when MOMENTUM builds…
Something that is so powerful
you’ll create new problem…
That is, giving yourself credit for doing something that once require a ton of motivation…
Simply because it became a habit..
that’s when transformation happens…
And that’s exactly how Sandra lost half a stone, but probably more impressive and life changing:
