Insomnia and finally having a decent nights sleep

So I had a message from Sarah this week who’s half way in to her 4 Week Kickstart:

“I’ve had insomnia and don’t really sleep.
I couldn’t believe it. I slept from 10pm until 6am.
I woke up with so much energy and feeling refreshed.”

How awesome is that?

So what’s changed?

1. Sarah has committed to doing 3 exercise sessions a week (even if some are 5 minute workouts at home)

2. We had a mindfulness session on Wednesday where Carol came in from Haney’s Holistic’s to finish our workout session with a mindfulness exercise for our brains 🙂

Why is this important?

Well, we often overlook just how important to take – even 5 minutes – to create some space in your mind..

So you can stop rushing around, even just a few minutes

To give you some clarity

and squash some anxious, negative thoughts…

Which could be keeping you up at night and stressing you out

Especially at 323pm…when all you want to do is sleep…

3. Sarah is using our simple nutrition system so she can choose the foods she wants to eat, get her shopping list done and save time as the WHOLE family like the meals

so no more cooking separately…

Oh, and she can still eat pasta and bread 😉

You see, this is more than just ‘weight loss’

Because ‘health’ is probably more than just ‘weight loss’…

It’s your mental health, how you feel, think, habits, time with family, mood, energy, work / life balance…I could go on…

And this is where cookie-cutter plans can often stress you out even more…

Which makes it  given that you’ll lose your mojo after a few weeks when life takes over…

This is why the focus on your daily HABITS…

With your Food, Fitness and Focus (aka ‘me time’ and putting yourself first)…

So it becomes a question of “HOW “

you will fit your ‘me time’ in

Rather than ‘I’ll try’ and fit my me time in…

Which we know, will never probably happen…

Especially as your ‘to do’ list just gets bigger and bigger and you fill it with stuff that you perceive more important than YOU…

And I get it’s hard, especially with long working hours, family etc…

But the good news is that you do NOT have to do it all at once.

Better is still BETTER…

That’s why we focus on just being a little better than you were yesterday..

That’s it…

Just like Sarah has done in just 2 weeks.

and completely changed her energy and sleep.
