“But I work Long Hours”

So I’ve had a load of questions since launching our new 4 Week Kickstart Programme.

And not just about whether you’re allowed to eat out, eat avocados and still drink wine (this isn’t a diet cult with made up rules 😉 )

So I thought I’d answer them below in one go:

1: “Do I have to live near you or travel?”

You can attend up to 3 ladies only workouts with me every week. But it can all be done online. I do LIVE workouts in our VIP private support group where you can just click and play. 

We have some ladies from down under, Calne, Bournemouth, South Africa, Marlborough… and Swindon.

​​Online can actually work really well, especially if you have crazy shifts, long working hours


2: “what if I work long hours and can’t get to you regularly?”

This was one of Julie’s biggest fear. Works away a lot and stays in hotels. Julie shared what she did in this video here:

But in a nutshell, you get access to our members area where we will set your food target  and give you access to over 1000 recipes all calorie counted for you so you can simple add the meals you like to each day and get your shopping list sent to you in minutes.

But it’s not just that. As we all know that motivation, support and becoming accountable are pretty important to change.

And this is why I do LIVE question and answer session to help you challenge and overcome any obstacles that you have in weight loss and health, be it with diabetes, comfort eating, motivation or just some simple strategies for when you are super busy and have to get foods on the go.

3: “My mobility is an issue. Will it still work?”

Everything is adapted for you so the focus is doing what you CAN do. It’s you vs you.

That’s the exact approach Cassie took HERE when she went from mobility scooter to running her first 5k ​​​​(not to mention losing nearly 4 stone, too)

4: “when are these ladies-only workouts with you?”

We have a range of time slots available, 615am, 7am, 1130am and 1915.


You also have access to our home workouts online you can do anytime, anywhere with NO equipment (as Julie spoke about)

Just press play on the video workout and I’m there doing it with you so you know you are doing it safely and effectively to lose unwanted fat and transform your body shape

Please note that all the fitness and workouts stuff have been developed for ladies 40+

5. “Can I ask you questions if I get stuck?”

Yes. You get 24/7 access to me (don’t tell Mrs Fruci I said that).


you will check- in with me every single week using our Big Brother Accountability System where together we set you 3 tasks to do.

I also do live question and answer sessions, covering a different topic each week, be it on eating out, comfort eating, gut health, diabetes, fast weight loss, motivation or mindset.. and your questions so you can also see what other ladies are asking.

6. “Will it work for me as I’m a technophobe?”

You don’t actually need to use technology to do this. This is why we have a one to one to kickstart you off where I’ll give you our manual where together we can do your plan.

If you can use email? You’ll be fine.

This isn’t another diet book, programme that you get and are just left to your own devices.

7. “What exactly do I get and how much does it cost?”

This starts off with a one to one coaching session with me where we’ll go over your diet and fitness to personalise this for your lifestyle and preferences.

then we’ll put together a step-by-step plan so you are clear on what you need to do to overcome any obstacles that keeping getting in the way of your health and fitness.

THEN:

* Access to up to 3 (ladies only) 45 minute workouts with me per week in Marlborough designed to improve muscle tone and fitness, all adapted for your needs, in the morning (615am, 7am Monday Wednesday and Friday), daytime (1130am Weds and Thurs) or evening (1915 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)

* Simple, but effective follow along home workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime (with no equipment) all adapted for you (even if you have hip, knee or joint issues)

* A personalised nutrition plan and shopping list personalised for your lifestyle so you know what you’re eating and when

* Weekly check ins with me using my ‘big brother’ accountability system to make sure you so the things you know you need to do

* Access to our Private, VIP Members only support group where you’ll have access to me and get mentoring, coaching and guidance

* Live seminars and coaching sessions to support and guide you going forwards with your challenges so you don’t lose motivation and can overcome self sabotage

* A Private, 1-1 coaching session with me where we’ll check your progress, work on any obstacles and keep you on track

I will say that I do say it is how it is, most of the ladies love this as it means they get results like this

The investment for the 4-week programme is £109 (or £3.50 a day)

That’s £3.50 a day for 14 hours face to face contact time with me, 24/7 support, home workouts, personalised nutrition and fitness plans, 1000s of recipes, and access to me.

Pretty crazy when I put it like that.
