“Will I be the most out of shape person there?”

So, I had a few questions last week with most of them sounding like these two:

“Will I be the most out of shape person there?”

“I’m too unfit to do it at the moment”

But here’s the thing,

I actually set this whole programme up because I was “personal training” in a gym one time

And one of the ladies I was working with decided to come to the gym for a one to one

She ended up taking one step in the gym and thinking that it definitely wasn’t for her

She found it intimidating

And it got me thinking about how I’m in this health and fitness industry 

(I repeat: HEALTH and FITNESS industry)

Yet I’m a part of something that seems to be putting people off?

Hence why I’m still here 6 years later…
