See them as an opportunity to CHANGE. If you want to change a habit, like comfort eating, don’t see stress / busy times / life as an obstacle IN the way, see it as obstacle / OPPORTUNITY ON the way.
An opportunity to act differently.
It won’t be perfect. You probably will have a setback at some point. But the best part? It is how your respond that counts. The short the gap between you dwelling / beating yourself up for not being perfect and getting back to it? The better your results.
Progress NOT perfect.
