What happened to Julie 12 Weeks Later (1 minute video)

Just wanted to share this quick video from on of the ladies on our programme, Julie.

The key thing for me is just how busy Julie’s lifestyle is. Leaving early, getting home late.

Not having time go to classes or a gym.

And now?

Losing a 1.5 stone in 12 weeks, more confident, fitter, and a fair few jeans sizes down…

But it wasn’t all easy.

Julie admits she struggled when she started. Wanted to give up. Was skeptical that this was just ‘another one’ of those diet things that over promise and underdeliver.
