“That’s pointless…”
^^Ever said that to yourself?
No point doing that.
Might as well leave it.
I’ll start properly next week.
I hear it all the time.
But here’s a challenge for you today.
Do the thing that feels “pointless”.
You know the ones I mean.
There’s one biscuit left in the packet…
You’re not hungry…
But normally you’d just finish it.
Today?
Leave it.
You planned a 30-minute workout…
But life got busy…
Now you’ve only got 10 minutes.
Normally that means:
“Well what’s the point?”
But today?
Do the 10 minutes.
Walk around the street.
Do a few squats.
Stretch.
Anything.
Because those small decisions matter more than people think.
I was doing this myself the other day.
I had to go out anyway, so I thought…
“You know what, I’ll just extend the walk slightly.”
Nothing crazy.
Just a slow wander around the street.
But do you know what?
That little bit of fresh air woke me up more than my morning coffee.
And it reminded me of something important.
Progress rarely comes from the big dramatic moments.
It comes from the small choices that feel almost too small to matter.
Leaving the biscuit.
Doing the 10 minutes.
Going for the short walk.
Individually they feel pointless.
But over time?
They add up.
And that’s exactly what we focus on in the 28 Day Kickstart.
Not extreme plans.
Not “all or nothing”.
Just helping you build the small habits that actually stick in real life.
Because when you keep doing the small things…
The results eventually take care of themselves.
If you’d like some help with that, you can find out more about the 28 Day Kickstart here:
For women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond who pretty much know what to do but want the plan and accountability to do it
