But what really stood out about this is what Denise said about:
‘it’s not about the personal training and transformation classes for me the age does – it’s the ongoing support”
Because – I guess it’s true – there’s millions of ‘classes’ out there. Zumba, Pilates, body pump, spin etc..
Gyms opening up everywhere…
Helping people GET motivated..
And I think this can only be a good thing. Doing any exercise is awesome and will give you great benefit..
But the main issue that most ladies come to me with is STAYING motivated..
To do the things they know they need to do when perhaps life gets busy..
Which begs the question:
What is the minimum amount you can get away with doing whilst getting results and making progress?
Be it with your health, fitness, energy, strength, relationship with food, or weight loss…
That’s where I’d recommend you START today…
