I ate the whole advent calendar

I’d literally sit there, working my through the whole advent calendar…

I’ll never forget going to my nan and grandads for Christmas growing up..

Not only did we have about 8 courses

​​(prawn cocktail, lasagna, Christmas dinner, chicken fried in breadcrumbs, nuts, fruit, Christmas cake, Tiramisu, and coffee)

But because I hadn’t seen them in a few months at this time…

they’d give me and my brother our advent calendars literally on Christmas eve hahah

And rules are rules, right?

I needed to catch up…;-)

But the reason I’m bringing this up​​ is this:

We’re currently running an advent calendar challenge inside our Fit For Life Body Transformation Programme with the ladies.

It involves simple reminders for habits like ​​​​drinking water, recipes, beating hunger, comfort eating, motivation and little workout challenges using music (that take like 3 minutes)…

But the funny thing?

Is how if someone misses one day?

it can be easy for them to think F it…

​​I’ve fallen behind, there’s no point…

Forgetting that the only thing that exists is NOW..

And just being ​​​​better TODAY is all you need to do..

​​Do this over time?
