But you don’t have to ‘fit it all in’
You don’t have to ‘do it all’ to get the results you want and make the most of it.
After all, not staying consistent and then JUMPING off the bandwagon
And saying ‘F it, might as well give up’
Is probably the thing that is really holding you back.
So slow down.
Consider what you COULD do today..
Could you do SOME exercise?
Could you still eat a nutritious meal?
Could you still do your best today?
