As in, they help you shift some some weight
and you know that already

And I get it
Because how do you know who to believe when everyone’s shouting how good they are?
Well, here’s what I do:
1) Look at their results –
Do they work with similar to me?
Have they got results?
Do they offer a money back guarantee stating that if I do everything asked and still don’t get closer to my goals, I get my money back?
^^^ after all, it’s a coaches job to get you results…not to count you to 10 burpees….
2) Try the stuff they give out for free….
Have you found any of the stuff you’ve been given for free useful?
^^^ that’s if you actually got around to DOING it as we all know what happens when you’re not kept accountable
Because I can assure you…
There’s a better way to fitting back into your favourite clothes, getting your pre-baby body back (even if your ‘babies’ are now at school) and waking up feeling energised rather than stressed and tired
