Shorten the gap….

 Shorten this gap…

“I can’t do it”

My daughters will tell me when doing some homework 

Or having to do the same walk for the 3rd time (long story….)

two things I have noticed is that:

1→  if I dwell on the thing they can’t do?

It makes it a bigger thing. 

A thought becomes a REAL problem.

2→ When you focus on what you CAN do, you can feel better so much better (nearly instantly)

^^^ even if you don’t feel like doing it…

Energy flows where your attention goes.

3→ The fastest way to success is shortening the gap between the moment where you dwell on an obstacles or setback and get back to it

^^^ read that again 

Because obstacles are ON the way, not IN the way. 

And what if you were one day away from seeing the results you wanted but you gave up?
