Sure, we would like the scales to go down a bit quicker,
But being able to walk further
Recover quicker
Say “yes” to more things
Are all things that just so happen
To correlate with losing body fat
Being stronger
Fitter
And improving mobility…
Remember …
What you do today
You’re more likely to do tomorrow
So don’t worry about tomorrow (yet)
Focus on what you can control today
