OK so I’m going to go super boring on you today with…

But it is one that the detox diet gurus who’ll be out in force this January might not like..

Because this involves the ONLY ‘success tip’ you’ll EVER need..

none of this good-bad foods, 7lbs in 7 days, Juice diet etc…

What I’m about to say is CRITICAL.

How to be a MAJOR success in ANY area… in just 12 words

Be it with your fitness and your health, your mindset, or your career

“DO AND measure the simple, often mundane, often uncomfortable stuff, consistently”

THAT is it^^^

It doesn’t really matter whether it is syns, greens, points, calories, reds, hand sized portion guides, no carbs, etc…​​


Consider that the reason people fail, stay stuck and keep having to start again

is quite simply because they do the opposite of that…

* Perhaps looking for a more “complicated” diet which allows them to tell the story of confusion and overwhelm (I don’t have time)

* They want the ‘sexy’, shiny and new techniques..

​​AKA the detox, the Goji berries (remember them?)

​​the Alkaline diet  (did you know the guy who made that diet up is now in prison for practicing without a Dr’s license and charging $80,000 for sodium bicarbonate…not to mention encouraging people to stop treatment for cancer)

* They sit in their comfort zones. I get it can seem scary. But I can guarantee that change is never as bad as you make it out to be in your head…the human brain is one creative machine. Which you can make work for you or against you…

* They’re not consistent.. they’re always starting and stopping, starting and stopping
jumping form one thing to the next.. saying that ‘this time is different’
