one last blowout?

Have you ever had that “one last blowout” before starting a new diet?

Me too.

And loads of the women we’ve worked with admit to the same thing — even replacing their kids’ chocolates (…more than once ).

Here’s the thing:

Even though you’ll hear me say no food is off limits, it’s human nature to link “new diet” with scarcity.

Research even shows that when people are told they’re starting a diet soon… they gain weight before it even begins.

They call it the Last Supper Effect.

Christmas only intensifies it:

“I’ll start in January” → Cue eating everything in sight now.

The problem?

By January you feel heavier, more frustrated, and the mountain just looks bigger.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Small, doable habits right now can stop the weigh-ins-on-repeat cycle later.

You don’t need a perfect plan.

You don’t need to give up all your favourite foods.

And you definitely don’t need to “detox” after Christmas.

You just need a plan that focuses on what you can do — consistently.

That’s exactly what the January 28-Day Kickstart is all about

the best part?

You can enjoy Christmas, knowing you have a plan in place for January which gets you thinking differently TODAY….

Message me with “January” for more info

Oh and if you haven’t grabbed my free Cravings guide yet (How to eliminate cravings) then message or comment with “cravings” and I will send it over.

And I’m curious…

Are there any foods you feel you can’t eat in moderation?

And any you can enjoy guilt-free?
