Message from Lisa

Reading reviews like this really reminds me why I do what I do. Unfortunately, a Google search on weight loss will take you to the fluffy diets selling potions, pills, DNA diets, and all these trendy things.

I prefer to just tell you what really works. Most of my clients love this but it might not work for everyone.

Anyway, the most impressive part of this is that Lisa’s been on a holiday and hasn’t even attended any of our ladies only workouts.She’s simply followed the workouts and nutrition in our Shape Up Shift members area and reported back to me each week.

I'll shut up now. Here's what Lisa said:

"I was looking to lose weight but this time, wanted to know and understand exactly what I was doing. I found Fruci Fit through an email from a gym I used to be a member of.

I went on to the website, and added my name to the mailing list and started to receive (and still do) Matt's daily blog. It took a couple of months of emails before signing up as I wanted to be sure this was the right route for me to lose weight and keep it off for life. 

I have not been disappointed. It's now the start of week 10 and I've lost over a stone and 5 inches from my waist. 

Matt teaches you how to prepare balance meals eating the foods you love and there is no such thing as a bad food. It is amazing how your mindset changes as this is worked on too. 

This is now a way of life for me and not another diet. There are short daily exercise sessions which really help to tone you up and one of Matt's phrases is "it's you verses you" this really helps. 

If you're looking for a different approach to losing weight without counting calories, syns or points, I'd highly recommend you give this a try. You won't be disappointed!"
