I know it's not like me, but I don't actually have much more to say today...
Because THIS is exactly why I love doing what I do.
And to top it off...
I had a phone call yesterday.
That a participant on a project I run put their Type 2 diabetes into remission through diet and exercise.
They are now OFF of medication .
Oh, and they lost 32 kg!!!
And went from walking '300m a day to 6 miles a day'.
^^^ most of which was achieved through day - to - day activities, like walking the dog. shopping, walking to work etc.
I know I said I didn't have much to say...
But I just get a bit excited sometimes.
Because no matter where you are right now on your journey...
"tried diets that had worked initially but ended up putting the weight back on plus more."
"not walked further than 300m"...
Are scared of eating 'too much' because all of the other diets tell us to eat like pigeon...
