And as Amazon would say...
Goes well with: a nice cup of coffee (what doesn't?)

140g 99% dark Chocolate
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
3 tbsp stevia / truvia (natural sweetener)
dash of cinnamon
Method
Preheat oven to 180CBoil water in a pan and add a bowl on top with the coconut oil, chocolate, butter, and almond butter to meltOnce melted, mix in all other ingredients one at a time
Cook for approx. 20 mins or until knife comes out clean and leave to cool
Cut into 36 bites, sprinkle with cinnamon, and leave in the fridge to set for about 2 hours.
Eat - as and when - for a quick and filling snack!

PS. Recommendation from 'the chef': swap half the coconut oil for olive oil, swap the almond butter for MORE butter, and ditch some of the almond flour to make it more moist! Rick Stein declined to comment...
PPS. The verdict from Fit For Life Body Transformation members so far has been ‘very nice, but a little dry’ (maybe you’re being slightly harsh to get me back for the coaching session…I’ll ask before the session next time!)
