Lose weight eating curry (84 meals cooked and delivered for you plus personal training)

I've teamed up with a family Indian Restaurant to give you:

* Weekly homemade and delivered meals all tailored to your nutrient needs (calculated by me) so you can lose weight and...eat lovely, home cooked Indian food (this can be 2 or 3 meals a day depending on your schedule and all can be frozen) without having to count calories or anything like that

* Weekly check ins via phone and my Shift Scorecard system to make sure you are doing the work so you don’t lose motivation and become accountable for your results

* Weekly one to one personal training sessions with me to help you overcome any obstacles that have stopped you getting you where you want to be

* Access to up to 6 (ladies only) 45 minute workouts with me per week at 7am or 715pm (plus my Home Fit Shift system so you can workout at anywhere, anytime)

* Access to our private supportive group of positive like-minded ladies so you don't lose motivation

BONUS: A one to one session with me showing you how to prepare, cook, save time and money ​​and find EXACTLY which foods work for you.

I'm only taking on 4 people for this.
