I’m not hungry but I still eat

So I wrote the other day about ways to help you stay full up…

But what’s interesting is just how many messages I got from ladies saying how even when they’re not hungry…

They still eat…

And I get it.

Perhaps you’re sleep is rubbish (I know all about that with 2 babies under 2 haha)…

Which completely throws your patience, productivity and ENERGY out of the window…

Leading to the ‘short term’ thought process that food will help you feel better…

And there’s no better way to do this than to get the sugar fix, right?

Or at least it seems that way at the time.

Until you come crashing back down and feel even lower…

Then it’s that vicious cycle.

Thoughts in your head >>> You believe them >> Anxiety…worry…”what if”… >>> turn to food…

As they say: ‘food is a friend’

And given that we know emotional eating and tiredness is the main reason why most people don’t get the results they want?

Why not start there?

Sure, it’s not sexy. It’s not this magic supplement.

But the results? In how you look? How you feel? Relationship with food? Energy?

Very SEXY 😉

So, here’s ONE thing I want you to do today

(it takes 5 minutes…and if you’re not wiling to put 5 minutes aside for this? That’s ok, just don’t expect to get the results you want):

Here’s what I want you to do:

*Sit down. Take a deep breath in for around 4 seconds. Pause for 2 seconds. Then breath out for the count of 6.*

Why?

Well, what if I told you that THIS, even for 5 minutes could give you more energy, create space for ‘me’ time and actually help you get a better night sleep tonight?

I don’t know enough about you to say it will 100% work…

But I guess there’s only one way to find out 😉
