Have the chocolate properly.
I spoke about this over Easter…
But..
This is relevant all year round.
With Summer, holidays and Christmas etc..
What I mean by that is:
Choose what you actually want.
Plan it in.
Be aware when you’re having it.
And enjoy it.
Because what most of us do instead…
Is this:
Grab a bit here…
Pick at something there…
Have a biscuit because it’s in front of us…
Not because we really wanted it.
Not because we’re necessarily enjoying it.
Just because it’s there.
Think about an office…
Biscuits on the side.
You walk past…
“Go on then…”
Did you even want it?
was it just automatic?
And that’s the bit that makes the difference.
Awareness.
In fact…
Some people realise when they do this…
They can actually manage it into their day.
Especially if they’re counting calories.
Instead of lots of random bites, licks and tastes…
They choose something they actually want…
Fit it in…
And enjoy it.
It’s not about:
– Cutting everything out
– Being perfect
– Never having chocolate
It’s about:
– Making a choice
– Actually enjoying it
– Not doing it mindlessly
Because when you do that…
You start to feel more in control.
Not overnight.
But over TIME..
With practice and persistence.
I spoke about this in my cravings book in more detail (let me know if you want me to send over a copy)
But only works if you do it!
As knowing and not doing is as good as not knowing…
Which is why we’re running this
