I kept repeating this in my mind

I got this message the other day and I wanted to share it with you because it sums up what the 28 Day Kickstart exists

Not being the fastest.  

Not being perfect.  

Not suddenly becoming someone else.

Just showing up, doing the thing… and realising you’re capable.

Most of the women who join the Kickstart already know what to do:

• move more  

• eat a bit better  

• be more consistent  

But knowing and doing are two very different things.

What usually gets in the way isn’t motivation — it’s:

• no plan  

• no structure  

• no accountability  

• doing it alone  

That’s where the Kickstart helps.

• coaches sessions booked in (so you don’t have to think)

• encouragement when you’re doubting yourself  

• and permission to go at your pace  

No pressure.  

No comparison.  

No “keeping up”.

Whether that’s:

• our women-only studios in Chippenham, Marlborough or Devizes  

• or training from home because life is busy  

You choose what works for you.

Just like that parkrun message — once you start, you’ve already won.

You get a baseline.

You build confidence.

And suddenly things you once thought “I can’t do that”… become “I did it.”
