Can I actually do it?

We’ve recently announced the next FruciRox event and the same questions always come up:

“What is it?”

“Should I do it?”

“Can I actually do that?”

And my answer is always the same:

Yes. You can. Your pace is the right pace.

Some people will do the longer version (8k version like a Hyrox).

Some will do the middle option (4k option)

Some will do the shorter one (2k option).

Same exercises.

Different distances.

Different entry points.

And that’s the whole point.

It gives you a purpose to train for.

Not in a scary, competitive way — but in a “I want to be able to do that” way.

The exercises aren’t fancy.

They’re the sort of movements that make everyday life easier:

getting up and down from the floor, lifting things, carrying shopping, moving with more confidence.

What I love most isn’t the distance or the numbers.

It’s what people say afterwards:

“I didn’t think I could do that.”

And then they do.

And they feel great.

The funny thing is, most of the training for events like this is just the normal sessions we do anyway at Fruci Fit.

Turning up.

Moving.

Building strength gradually.

Nothing extreme.

That’s exactly the mindset behind the 28 Day Kickstart (message or comment with “kickstart” for more info)

It’s not about becoming super fit overnight.

It’s about having:

• something to aim for

• people around you

• sessions booked in

• and a bit of structure so you actually show up

You don’t need to commit to an event.

You don’t need to be “ready.”

You just need to start where you are and build from there.

Showing up is a win!
