“I did a bit too much yesterday…”

That was me the other day as I felt a little pain in my knee.

A bit tweaky the next morning.

9 weeks post-surgery… so still early days.

Now, a part of me thought:

“Right, that’s it. Done too much. Better stop.”

But instead…

I did my back to basics rehab.

Simple exercises.

To get the quad muscles firing.

And that’s the key part:

I did something

Not nothing.

I took the feedback:

“Okay… that was a bit too much.”

And adjusted.

Slowed it down.

Focused on what I could do.

And here’s what happened…

Once I got moving… once I did my rehab…

– The pain eased off

– It felt better

– Confidence came back

And that’s exactly how this works.

Not just with injury…

But with getting started

Most people are waiting for:

– The perfect time

– The perfect plan

– To feel ready

But you don’t learn your limits by thinking about it.

You don’t find a plan that fits your lifestyle by waiting..

You learn by doing.

Doing imperfectly…

So if you’re not ready..

But are willing to take imperfect action?

You can try Fruci Fit for 7 Days

– £10

– Up to 3 sessions

– Week commencing 13th & 20th April

Because we know…

Starting is the hardest part.

You don’t need more information.

You just need to come in, try it, and see:

– Is this for me?

– Can I actually do this?

– What does it feel like?

And just like my knee…

Everything can be adapted.

Bad knee.

Stiff back.

Low fitness.

No confidence.

We focus on:

– What you can do

– Building from there

– One step at a time

Because that’s where confidence comes from.

That’s where results come from.

If you’ve been thinking:

“I should probably start…”

PS. You don’t need to get it perfect. I think I said that already
