“I can’t commit to the same times every week”

^^ ever said that one before 

I get it.

It’s actually one of the reasons I haven’t been able to hit my goal in Jiu Jitsu.

And it’s why have soooo many sessions 

Every day of the week 

Whether you want to come into our private  studio 

Or do it all from home. 

So you have that flexibility.


There is a problem with too much flexibility…

We’ve all been there

Because you “could” do it tomorrow 

You decide “I’ll do it tomorrow”

And it’s something I’m guilty of, too. 

But here’s the thing 

When I schedule it in my diary?

It is more likely to happen.

Take the school run. 

Or kids pick up

It’s not at the most convenient time of the day to be honest.

But guess what..

We will always make sure we are there.

We never miss it.

As – well – there’s no other option. 

And this is where you have to know YOU.

We offer you the flexibility 

But if too much flexibility becomes an issue for you 

This is where booking those times in is so key 

So your prioritise  your health 

Like you would a meeting at work .

Not that the above is always right.

But if you say your health is important

Then can you book in 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week?
