“How do I know I’m in a calorie deficit?”
As they know that to lose body fat?
They need to be in a calorie deficit aka less in and more out ..
Probably the best way to find out is to
– track your calories for 2 – 4 weeks
– take a daily weigh in, then take the average over each week
– if the average weekly weight has gone down between the weeks you’ll be in a deficit 😀 if not, then likely you’re not in a deficit and can adjust
And if you’re not tracking calories?
Maybe using portion size guides, fasting or eating healthily for example
take your average weight as above over 2-4 weeks and if you are losing then you are in a deficit 🙂
Of course, you can also go by how you feel and how your clothes fit.
But ultimately?
The hardest part of all this
Is doing it consistently
And for long enough to get the results you went.
