Are you having a fry up tomorrow?

Before you forget to get all the ingredients for your Sunday fry up tomorrow and end up nipping out to Spar at 8am on a Sunday to pick up some milk, eggs and bacon (Yes…I’m guilty of doing this a fair few times. The shops are shut for one night…c’mon Matt…get organised!)…

I just wanted to share with you my Mediterranean – infused (as the Mediterranean diet is the ‘best’ right?…) ”fry up’ I’ve been having not only on a Sunday…but on an evening, too, as it’s quick and simple (and tasty!)…

^^^ It’s also Mrs Fruci-approved, too!

You see, I get that we all love a greasy fry up. And both myself and some members on my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme use variations of their ‘fry up’ to keep them full up and hit their nutrition plans several days a week..

But something has to give sometimes. Even if it’s a simple swap of cutting the fat off of your bacon, grilling your mushrooms and tomatoes, poaching your eggs instead of frying, or swapping pork sausages for chicken sausages…

this COULD (depending on how many swaps you made) make a HUGE difference to your waistline without actually having to feel like you’re missing out…

Anyway, here’s what I did (per serving)…

* 2 grilled Chicken Heck sausages

* 2 grilled tomatoes

* 2 rashes of bacon (fat trimmed) fried in 1kcal spray

* 2 poached eggs

* 2 handfuls of mushrooms grilled

* And the Mediterranean parts…

* Tomato sauce with Basil (you could still use baked beans instead) and some lightly fried in 1kcal fry spray courgettes (exotic, I know…)

Now, I’m not saying you should ditch your standard fry up for this. Let’s face it, if you only have it on a Sunday, there are plenty of strategies you can use to put this in your nutrition plan as a sustainable strategy should give you UNCONDITIONAL PERMISSION to eat any food you like (just like we do in my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme)…

But…if you’re looking to make some simple swaps and have quick meals you can make in minutes (It’s a super simple meal for those long, stressful days where you’re craving something ‘naughty’ as you say…)…then this could be for you.
