You don't have to trust me on this one because I may be a little bit biased.
Because I love coffee. To the point that when I hear the words "fancy a cup of coffee?"...I get all tingly inside.
But maybe this is all for good reason?
Because those who drank 4 or more cups of coffee a day have been shown to have a 64% lower risk of death....
^^^ I hope I helped justify the £10 a week habit (that's been claimed to be our average spend...)
And there's more...
* Increased energy so you can do more of the things you want to do, get more done, and burn more calories so you can burn more fat
* Boosted immune system to stop you getting a cold and fight fatigue
* Decreased risks of many diseases (so we can spend more time on earth drinking...coffee!!)
But thanks to the journal: 'Science'...
I have one more for you:
Drinking coffee (and wine for that matter) was linked with healthier gut bacteria
^^^ Which has benefits ranging from better skin, better immune system to recover from being ill and tired, and even losing weight
But does all this depend on the coffee you have?
I mean, despite all the lovely choices you're presented with in Costa, there's only actually only a few different types of coffee they actually give you.
And given there's a only a few different types we have, it begs the question:
Does getting all these benefits from coffee depend on where the coffee bean is grown, how long it's roasted, ground, the temperature of water, and how it's made?
Well, it seems that way, yes.
Because although instant coffee will still provide you with benefits, it takes a lot of PERSONALISATION out of the coffee...which just so also happens to take a lot of the health benefits you might get from it. It might seem easier, but it doesn't taste so good.
Which is a bit like when you go on a diet to lose weight and tone up.
It seems quick and easy at the start. But without the personalisation, it soon gets boring. Bitter. Hard to stick to when life takes over (and Christmas), and you end putting it off...or piling more weight on that you lose in the first place.
And it's exactly why I built a Tone Up System that's personalised to YOU based on how YOU respond, so you have it just the way you like it, find a way of eating that works for YOU and fit back into your favourite clothes (no matter how long its been) QUICKER than the Ristretto espresso -style coffee hit me the other day in Costa...
