The egg mystery revealed

Whereas I thought this was quite interesting and funny, Mrs Fruci didn’t really agree. We were eating breakfast at an all you can eat. And I came back with nearly every type of egg on my plate. Boiled, omelette, scrambled, poached, and fried (they didn’t do chocolate eggs)…

Now, all the principles I teach you in my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme are – usually – pretty well backed up by science 

^^^ They have to be or I might actually get reported…and lose the ‘precious’ Registered Nutritionist tag (which means nothing in today’s world of self-made nutrition gurus…).

But – I’ll admit – sometimes I see things that can’t really be explained by science…yet! This could through exploring food intolerances / reactions and / or optimising your gut health and seeing how this makes you lose weight…

However, one thing I get a lot is this:

“I was no longer starving mid morning and craving a sugar hit”

And nearly every time I hear this from members? I check their food plans and they decided to eat eggs for breakfast…

Strange, right?

Or at least it was…until I saw several studies recently conclude this:

* An egg based breakfast reduced peoples food intake for 24 hours even though they weren’t told to

* An egg based breakfast as part of a controlled diet showed up to 65% greater weight loss over eight weeks, compared to other types of breakfast foods 

* E
ggs were shown to be more effective at reducing waist size than other foods with the same calorie content …

Maybe there’s something to it? Maybe not?

We’re all different. But you don’t know if you don’t try and figure out what works for YOU. You can read all of the information in the world. But unless you DO something, you might as well not know it!
