So here's what Cassie posted the other day:

And I get it.
there's not much sexy about that quote.
Apart from the results you get in terms of energy, confidence, fat loss, clothes you can wear again, health, blood pressure, cholesterol....
Which - actually - are the main reasons you do this stuff, right?
If you didn't know, last weekend was not only the Santa / Reindeer fun 'run' in Swindon...
But what makes this world we live in even more amazing is that not only did many of the awesome ladies in our little supportive tone up group complete this 5k run / walk dressed as Santa (something they never thought they'd do..)
but some of the ladies in our group did it 'down under' and even with a rum & coke in the Caribbean...
And this just shows the power of SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY from like-minded people all looking to put themselves first and ditch the fad diets for good.
All by making this weight loss & toning up stuff a way of life.
Rather than something that becomes this 'thing' that you dread and need to be super motivated for....
Just as I show you in my 12-Week Shift Project (which I'll be opening up soon ready for our January start date) so you can slim down and ditch the baggy clothes for good.
In fact, I'll probably open it up on Friday for applications to start Monday 8th January.
So you can get ready to make 2018 the year you ditch the fad diets and fit back into your favourite clothes for good.
