I still vividly remember my 1st day doing my postrrgaduate study in Nutrition. I had finished my study at Loughborough University and here I was. Thinking I knew it all. It was Monday morning, 5am and I was setting off to Oxford for the introduction.
Of course, I started my day with some healthy wholegrain cereal as I didn't want to let my body go into starvation mode and skip breakfast. I wasn't hungry. But if I didn't eat I knew that my body would hold on to all of the fat. So, anything is better than nothing, right? Although I was starving again an hour later.
It was about 8am and I would be tempted to open up my lunch. 'What is wrong with me?' I thought to myself!
Then fast forward to a few years and I see the same thing with busy ladies who come to see me looking to level up their energy, tone up and ditch the fad diets once and for all.
Ladies who've been misled by the media. Been told BS advice that doesnt fit their lifestyle and makes them feel rubbish when they're doing what they think they should and not getting the results they want. Even after having invested in at least more than one of the so called 'diet' gooroos and read all the books.
They can't be saved until they change the way they think and the way they act.
Change their approach. Decide to stop looking for the shiny object that is going to tone up the bingo wings and ditch the tummy fat once and for all.
After all, many of these 'healthy wholegrain' cereal bars, shakes, meal replacements etc. brag about their 'fibre', vitamins, and minerals...
Yet, are nothing more than a Snickers bar with a multivitamin tablet added in <<< I know what I'd rather have
The worst part?
They'll hide those traffic light symbols showing you how many calories / sugar are in a portion.
Question for you: have you ever actually weighed out a portion?
And I get it. It's not your fault. You could say that your good intentions have been stolen. Just like mine were when I thought I knew it all.
You think you're doing everything right, but not getting the results. So you give up and try something else.
The secret 'shortcut', shiny object to cut through all of the BS advice once and for all?
Rollling up the sleeves and doing the work (especially doing the right work).
^^ That's it.
That's the secret to toning up, levelling up your energy and fitting back into your favourite clothes.
Truth is most diets out there will work if you can stick to it.
I mean, even though my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme has the ability to completely transform your body and mindset (just like the other ladies have here)...it doesn't work for everybody.
It doesn't work if you're not willing to report back to me and reach out for help when you need it, be it to me or the other like-minded ladies in the group.
But that's why I like to give you a little nudge in the right direction and make things super simple for you.
* With a 28-day step by step kickstart fat loss plan so you no longer have to worry about what and when to eat (or do your shopping list...so you can have more 'me' time and spend less time stressing about what to do with that chicken)
* Simple and effective fat burning workouts to help you tone up that can be done in MINUTES (even before the family are up)
* Accountability and support from a Registered Nutritionist (me) and other like-minded ladies so you don't lose motivation and are never alone on your body transformation journey .
Because through my experience of helping other busy ladies lose fat, tone up and fit back into their favourite clothes...and actually listening to why they've not achieved the results they want...
It's the accountability, support and step by step process that they're missing
Which is exactly what I provide you with in my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme.
