Bloated? Try this…

Bloating, flatulence, urges to go to the loo  etc.

These are all life changing that can stop you doing what you want to do but also from absorbing nutrients you need to have more energy. 

Well, just to make you feel at ease about this sensitive topic…

I’ll say now that for the first 20 odd years of my life?

I’d have to go for a poop (pretty urgently) after eating…

So, I guess you could say

I really am full of 💩​​​​​​​​​​…

But anyway, just thought Id share a few things that may help you: 

1-Avoid spicy food

2- Eat less fibre (yep, actually reduce your consumption of veggies like cabbage, onions, garlic, broccoli and wholegrains)…

did you know that allergies and insensitivities are often actually an issue with highly ‘fermentable’ foods?  Example: onions, garlic, artichokes, peppers, beans, pulses, seeds..

3- Limit caffeine

4- Chew more / eat slower (this can aid digestion)

5- Drink more fluid – this can help you digest fibre

But you know what?

when I talk to ladies looking to lose weight and get fit

I actually find that they basically know everything they need to do..

You know, eat your veggies (most of the time), get your protein, drink your water, exercise…

But that’s the issue right there…

I call it “bloated on information” …

I mean, learning is ESSENTIAL…

Its why I work with 2 coaches myself, read every day, go on courses and journal…

The thing is though- 

“Knowing and not DOING, is as good as NOT knowing…”

^^^^ reads that again…

By breaking things down to small, ACTIONABLE daily habits

so that what you do consume or read?

Is  SPECIFIC to your goals and the challenges you’re having, rather than just learning ‘stuff’ for the sake of it…

Of course, reading and learning makes you smarter but ACTION makes you CHANGE

But it is a very fine line…
