So I often get accused of being a bit like Big Brother by the ladies inside our Fit For Life Programmes.

With the reminders to do the things you know you need to do it.


Meal plans

Recipes sent to you

Me checking in on you 

Most people love it

But some don’t …

Some people don’t like that I write blogs everyday..

Give away my book for free.

Provide a FREE daily podcast which includes interviews with researchers and dietitians on gut health, healthy ageing and – soon – MS, diet and fatigue…

Thing is

I cannot control what some people think..

It is really none of my business.

But what is my business

Is getting people like you to take action

And find the motivation to get 1% better today..

To MOVE forward

To MOVE away from what you don’t want

To MOVE closer to how you want to look and feel

And the thing is,


It involves me asking you questions which can make you feel UNCOMFORTABLE

To understand things like

Why we self sabotage?  << is it because your environment coupled with your habits make self sabotage easy and convenient? 

Why we feel so guilty for picking at biscuits or drinking on a school night again <<< is it because we are scared of saying ‘no’ to someone for fear of not ‘fitting in’?

I could go on.

But I just want to say that many ladies will message me after I blog or video 

And say ‘I needed that today’…

But 1 year later

Nothing has changed. 

Because if you don’t do anything, nothing changes…

And I know this sounds obvious..

But what comes with this is regret..

Regret of not doing something you wished you started a year ago…

Because you will be amazed – a year from now – what might happen if you do the things that make YOU feel happy

Rather than constantly pleasing others

And doing everything for everything else.

Because you might just find that you can serve them better this way, too..
