‘Can I eat eggs every day?’ … ‘Am I allowed bacon?’…’Isn’t cheese bad for you?’

I’ve answered these in more details before, so today I’ll just sum it up and give you a super quick and simple recipe that combines 3 of your favourite friends that others call ‘naughty’…

Bacon / red meat: As part of balanced diet, there is limited to no evidence suggesting it is related to to cancers or health risks…

Eggs: Shown to actually improve your ratio of good to bad cholesterol and one of the highest quality forms of protein to keep you full 🙂

Cheese: recent research showed that Eating cheese was associated with – potentially –  a reduced risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, it was NOT associated with higher levels of ‘bad’ cholesterol…even though they ate more fat in their diet :- )

^^ maybe I’m only saying this because I’ve got an addiction to cheddar cheese. It’s only mild though 😉
