Things that most ‘diets’ would say is ‘banned’. Well, the ‘diets’ that fail to consider :
1) What the SCIENCE of fat loss actually says
2) That the best diet in the world on paper is useless if you can’t stick to it…
Now, don’t get me wrong. It’s not easy. Karen – and the other members on my Fat Loss Mastery Body Transformation Programme – DO have to progress with their exercise and eating habits and report back to me to get the results they want….
And if it’s sustainable fat loss, more energy, and a better relationship with food that you’re looking for so you can take control of the ‘comfort eating’ and fit back into your favourite Summer trousers…
