You’re doing better than you think…

I spoke to someone last week who said:

“I’m not losing weight… everyone else seems to be doing better than me.”

When we checked her weights, guess what?

– She was losing around 1lb a week.

– Textbook. Sustainable. Exactly what we want.

Thing is..

She was about to go “sod it”…

And give up ..

Plus she was doing resistance training — getting stronger, changing her body shape, improving bone density, energy, movement, confidence… all the things the scales never show.

So I asked her:

“If you weren’t doing any of this… where would you be right now?”

That’s when it hit her.

She wasn’t failing — she was progressing. She just hadn’t noticed.
