It’s the last hump day before Christmas…
So here’s 3 ways to be – dare I say – even HAPPIER on hump day:
1) Celebrate your ‘failures’ –
I say ‘failures’, but I really mean ‘DETOURS’
What didn’t got quite well today?
What challenged you?
Write it down.
And celebrate this.
After all, it probably means you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.
Trying something new.
and actually LIVING!
As Thomas Edison said:

2) Don’t assume they have a personal vendetta against YOU –
When someone doesn’t text you back
Is a bit ‘off’ with you.
After all, maybe they’ve left all of their Christmas shopping to the last minute
Havent bought YOUR present yet.
Maybe they’re hungry?
Maybe they’re doing one of those crash diets

Look through the RIGHT lense
It’ll be a lot less stressful for YOU!
3) Rephrase it and you’ll do it –
Rather than saying ‘Ahhhh I have to exercise tonight’
I have loads of energy and I’m feeling confident in my favourite clothes because I exercised.
Rather than saying ‘ahhhh I really shouldn’t finish this bar of chocolate’
I’m feeling in control of my eating because I portioned the chocolate that I wanted into a bowl.
