I couldn’t really be bothered to exercise the other evening.
It was warm.
I was tired.
Doing nothing sounded quite appealing.
But I thought:
“I’ll just do 15 minutes.”
Nothing crazy.
Nothing too intense.
Just something.
And afterwards?
I felt so much better.
Which was similar to a few messages we had from people doing their first Fruci Fit sessions this week.

“It was just the right level for me and I felt like I worked, so it’s perfect. I will definitely be back next week.”

“Excellent and my hip feels better already!”
Which I love.
Because that’s what a first session should be.
Not trying to keep up with everyone else.
Not being thrown into something that doesn’t suit you.
It’s finding the right level.
Feeling like you’ve worked.
But also feeling like:
“Yes, I could do that again.”
We explain everything.
Coach you through it.
Adapt when needed.
Then gradually build from there.
Perhaps you haven’t exercised for years.
Perhaps you feel rusty.
Perhaps you’re nervous about your knees, back, hips or getting down to the floor.
Perhaps your brain is saying:
“I don’t think I’d be able to do that.”
That’s okay.
You don’t need to arrive fit.
^^ that’s kind of the point
