People often think the hardest part is knowing what to do.
What to eat.
What workout.
What plan.
But let’s be honest…
Most people already know.
Eat a bit better.
Move a bit more.
Don’t eat like it’s Christmas every night
The hard part?
Actually doing it.
Consistently.
I had a good example of this the other day.
Travelling. On a train. Out of routine.
Looked at the menu…
Cheeseburger on a train.
Now… maybe I’m being harsh…
But I just can’t imagine a cheeseburger on a train I think it would be a bit sweaty. Maybe it smells nice but doesn’t live up to expectations leaving you feeling bloated after.
So I thought I’d be organised for once (rare).
Had a protein shake on me.
Kept me really full.
In fact… too full.
Almost ruined my dinner later.
(Which is a problem I don’t face often)
Then had a few nuts… not the whole packet
Some Greek yoghurt… coffee…
Nothing fancy.
But it worked.
And that’s the point.
It’s not about finding the perfect plan.
It’s about doing something… seeing what works… and repeating it.
Because consistency isn’t:
“Perfect every day”
It’s:
“Good enough… often enough”
And this is where most people get stuck.
Especially if you’re someone who used to be fitter.
Because you’re thinking:
“I know what to do…”
“I’ve done this before…”
“I just need to get back into it…”
You don’t need more information.
You just need a way to start doing it again.
That’s exactly why we run our 7 Day Trial at Fruci Fit.
Starting w/c 11th May and w/c 18th May.
£10 for the week.
Up to 3 sessions.
At your pace.
No pressure to be perfect.
No expectation to “keep up”.
Just a chance to come in, get moving again and see how it feels.
Because you’re not starting from scratch…
You’re just getting back into it.
