You don’t need a perfect week…

Most people think they need a “perfect week” to make progress.

Here’s the thing though..

something goes wrong and it’s..

“I’ve messed this up…”

“I’ll just start again Monday…”

And before you know it… Friday, Saturday, Sunday are gone.

That’s nearly half the week written off.

I’ve had a bit of that myself recently. More travel than usual, out of routine, different food, different days. Did a few good things… missed a few things…

But the difference now?

I don’t hit the “sod it” button.

Because progress isn’t about perfect weeks.

It’s about making a few better choices… more often.

Even on your worst week.

And this is where most people get stuck. Especially if you’re someone who used to be fitter.

Because you know what a “good week” looks like… so anything less feels like failure.

But here’s a better way to look at it.

Even your worst week has a best part.

That walk you did.

That session you nearly skipped but didn’t.

That one better food choice.

It all counts.

That’s actually something we focus on every week at Fruci Fit.

We ask “What were your 3 wins this week?” no matter how small.

Because when you look for what’s working… you build confidence. And when confidence goes up… so does consistency.

And that’s what gets you back to where you were.

If you’re thinking “I just need to get back into it…” we’ve made that bit easy.

We’ve got a 7 Day Trial Week starting w/c 11th May and w/c 18th May.

£10 for the week. Up to 3 sessions. At your pace.

No pressure to be perfect. No need to “get fit first”.

Just a chance to come in, get moving again, build a bit of confidence and see how it feels.

Because you’re not starting from scratch… you’re just getting back into it.

And yes, 11th May is my birthday
