It’s amazing to see. And a good reminder to check in with how far you’ve come on your fitness journey along the way. It’s where confidence lives. It’s so easy to focus on what you haven’t achieved (it’s why – every week –  I ask, no matter how big or small, what were your 3 most significant wins this week?)…

Anyway, I could go on as you probably know. I get carried away very easily.
