Is This The World’s Most Simple Diet?

So I asked a lady at the hospital the other day where the Boots pharmacy is (I’m hopeless at finding things without a satnav...)

To which she jokingly replied: “do you not want shoes instead of Boots?”

Now, this 'joke' totally went over my head as I responded with:

“No, I’m just after a toothbrush and toothpaste”....

Until she smiled, rolled her eyes and I finally got her joke...

^^^ I was slow and tired that morning

But that’s life, right?

It’s never “perfect”. Which is why if you can find the most simple diet in the world that you can do anywhere, anytime, no matter how busy or sleep deprived you are or how many meals out with your friends and family you have?

You’re going to stick to it, lose more fat, and shape up faster (so you can ditch the baggy clothes for good)

So what is this most simple diet in the world?

For me, it’s one that starts you off without:

1. Giving up your favourite foods 

2. Driving you mad because you now can’t stop thinking about all of the foods you can’t have 


Because if you’re asking whether you have to give up gluten, dairy, meat, or cheese to lose weight from day 1?

You might be overcomplicating something that could be so simple.  

After all, some of the people who live the longest, healthiest lives in the Mediterranean haven’t given up red meat or gluten?

Which begs the question: 

are so called “bad foods” only bad in the context of a diet that’s not giving you the nutrients you need for your energy, digestion, skin hair, nails..I could go on ...need?

Because get this right? 

And you can Slim Down For Good without giving up your favourite foods or spending hours working out
