“Will it work for me?”

I get asked a lot:

“If I join the 28 Day Kickstart… will it work for me?”

And despite our 240+ 5-star reviews and countless before-and-afters…

The honest answer is no.

Not because it doesn’t work — but because it depends.

It depends on whether you meet us halfway.

It depends on your consistency and persistence.

It depends on your unique situation — menopause, perimenopause, medications, injuries, work schedule, family life… all of it plays a role and may change the timeline…and the timeline can become difficult for some to stay consistent and persistent

^^ Even with us nagging you to do the things you know you need to do…

That’s why we don’t just hand you a “one size fits all” plan and hope for the best.

We don’t have a Slimming World style eating plan.

We work with you to make it personal, realistic, and doable for YOU.

As some people literally get great results for slowing down on their alcohol intake and sticking to that..

Others need to get into a bit more, adapting their calories and protein intake and more…

And understanding WHY it works..

^^ this is important for achieving sustainable results and also knowing why things do work and don’t work. 

But here’s what I will say after 17 years coaching as a personal trainer and working in the NHS, Public Health…

Most people don’t need more information…

They need to take more action.

So here’s your challenge today:

Have protein at every meal – keeps you full, supports muscle, hair, skin, nails.

Balance your meals – we have been making pizza with the kids recently, so I’ll keep my carbs lower earlier and protein higher, to allow for this when we have it for dinner..

Get some movement in – walk, workout, or even a quick session at home.

That’s it. Simple. Action > overthinking.
