HOW can I get back to it?

HOW can I get motivated again?

HOW can I get more energy?

Because we can’t control people, time or things going on around us.

And as much as it is important to ask “why?”

The goal is to get to “how” which is something we are 100% in control of

By focussing on what you CAN do today.
