“What’s the point?”

“I’m all or nothing”

“I will wait until a better time”

“I will wait until things calm down”

“I need to give this my all so I will do it another time”

All things we say…

Which is why I love this message (see photo) so much 👇 

Because I see so many people. 

Not achieving what they want.

Not gaining the confidence they want

Not starting to feel the benefits of getting fitter

Stronger

Healthier

Improving their mobility 

All because they lack the courage to do it..

To do something that is not comfortable. 

I mean, attaching yourself to the ‘all or nothing’ story is comforting. 

It gives us time to think ‘we will do it later’ 

Without feeling guilty. 

One thing we always say..

your pace is always the right pace.

So rather than “I can’t do that”

Replace with

“What can I do?”

Something is always better than nothing

And it just so happens that those small, seemingly insignificant things, which often seem “pointless”…

Maybe you even say “that won’t work”

Are often the things that add up to transformational results.

Small habits, compound effect…
