WHAT IF YOU DID 52 MORE “SOMETHINGS”?

Got these two messages last week and I think they sum up a lot of conversations I have with people before they start.

“I’m not fit enough.”

“Maybe it isn’t the right time.”

“I’m nervous.”

“I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it.”

^^ totally normal by the way.

But look at the difference between how you feel before you start…

And how you can feel afterwards.

Driving home pleased with yourself.

Looking back and thinking:

“WOW, did I really do all that?!”

Or being 18 months down the line, stronger, more flexible and with way more energy.

Annie said she remembered thinking:

“I’m not fit enough to join a gym.”

Then realised:

“That’s the whole point of joining. To get fit!”

And she’s right.

You don’t need to be fit enough to start.

You start to become fitter.

The important thing is doing something rather than nothing.

That “something” could be:

Drinking more water.

Going for a walk.

Doing a short workout.

Booking a session.

Or simply getting back into a routine.

Imagine if just one day a week you did something rather than nothing.

That’s 52 more “somethings” over a year.

That might seem like it wouldn’t do much…

But 52 small actions can add up to something pretty significant.

Our next Fruci Fit 7 Day Trial starts Monday 10th August.

For women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and 80+ who pretty much know what to do but need the plan and accountability to do it.

£10 for the week and try up to 3 sessions in Marlborough, Chippenham, Devizes or From Home.

You don’t need to feel ready.

You just need to be willing to start where you’re at.

Comment “TRIAL” and I’ll send you the details.

Matt

PS. What’s your “something” going to be today?
