What if the thought that everyone else was:
→ Doing more
→ Fitter than you
→ enjoying it more
→ Never finding it hard
→ Lost more weight than you
I could go on…
Was actually the reason you stopped..
And what if this thought wasn’t even true?
What if you kept stopping because you assumed
→ No one found it hard
→ Everyone else was really confident doing something new
→ no one had self doubt or imposter syndrome
→ No one had so called ‘bad’ days..
You see,
Even me (who’s supposed to live and breathe this healthy lifestyle stuff)
Does not get it perfect..
But does it stop me?
No.
There’s a lot to be said for losing your week 4-3 (4 so called bad days and 3 so called good days)
Rather than having 4 so called ‘bad’ days and writing off the week ‘I will start next week’.
You see, if you did that each week…
That’s 3 days a week of treating yourself better.
With food
Exercise
Sleep
Mindset
ENERGY..
You multiply that by 52 for the year.
And that could be (hang on let me get my calculator)
156 so called ‘good’ days a year.
What if that was the only thing you needed to change?
